Owned & operated by seasoned compassionate nurses, Peggy’s Place was created to honor the memory of a loving lifelong caregiver named Peggy Meiners-Phelps. Peggy dedicated her life to serving others with a happy heart. She is the inspiration and the foundation of how our center operates and why we chose to incorporate the medical model with the social model in our program which consists of the following:
Staffed with experienced nurses & certified support personnel
Optimal staffing levels to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care in a personalized & seamless manner
Medication administration & treatment delivery when needed with a physician’s order
Skilled assessments to monitor chronic disease conditions

Peggy’s Place Adult Day Care is equipped to serve aging adults, adults with chronic diseases, and those with disabilities. We are able to care for any adult requiring nursing care or those who need assistance with their activities of daily living.
