Raise your glass with these delicious and easy to make cocktails at your Derby gathering with friends and family.
The Drink: Vesper
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz gin
• 1/2 oz lillet
Shake or stir; garnish with olive and pickled onion

The Drink: Life Changing Spicy Michelada
• 1 bottle Mexican beer such as Corona or any light beer
• 1 lime, cut into fat wedges
• 1 container or can Picante Clamato or V8 Clamato, or your favorite Bloody Mary mix (we used Master of Mixes Michelada mix).
• 1 Cholla or Tapitio Mexican hot sauce
• 1/4 c Kosher salt or Margarita salt
• 2 Tbsp chili lime seasoning (optional)
• Ice, for 2 glasses full to the top
• 1 shot tequila, your favorite brand
The Drink: Raspberry Bourbon Lemonade
• 8 fresh raspberries or substitute frozen
• 1/2 c lemonade
• 1 1/2 oz your favorite bourbon
• Seltzer water
• Ice
Crush 4 raspberries in the bottom of an 8 oz highball glass.
Add enough ice to fill 1/3 of the glass.
Pour in the lemonade and bourbon and stir. Add the seltzer water until it is close to the rim of the glass and stir.
Garnish with raspberries.
The Drink: Midori Sour
• 2 oz Midori
• 4 oz sweet and sour mix
• 2 oz Sprite
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Garnish: orange, lemon, lime, maraschino cherries
The Drink: Strawberry Pineapple Mojito
• 4 limes, cut into wedges
• 8 strawberries, cut into slices
• 1 bunch mint, tough stems removed
• 4 Tbsps sugar or to taste
• 6 oz pineapple juice
• 6 oz light rum*
• 2 c club soda
Combine the pineapple juice, rum, club soda, and sugar and stir. Pour into glasses with ice, strawberries, pineapple slices or bite sized pieces, and mint leaves. Add fresh squeezed lime juice and stir.
*Additional pineapple juice can be used for the rum as a non-alcoholic substitue.
The Drink: White Russian
• Ice
• 2 oz Kahlua
• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz heavy cream
Combine the Kailua, vodka, and heavy cream, and stir. Add small pieces of ice.
