To make them healthier, more filling, and better tasting, “Bulk ’em up by adding spinach, peppers, and cheese to your eggs or topping your oatmeal and Greek yogurt with nuts and dried fruits like raisins and cranberries,” says Gail Peitzmeier of Purdue University Crawford County Extension office.
