
Do you still have lots of leftovers after the big Thanksgiving feast? Turn any turkey leftovers into a tasty sandwich with this easy recipe.





INGREDIENTS:
- Rolls/buns
- Slices of turkey
- Cranberry sauce
- Rosemary mayo
- Brie cheese
Recipe
- Preheat your oven to broil.
- Toast your buns on a grill pan with some olive oil until they’re golden and crisp.
- Spread rosemary mayo onto each slice, then layer the bottom slice as follows: brie, turkey, cranberry sauce.
- Don’t have rosemary mayo? It’s easy to make. Finely chop rosemary and mix in with your favorite mayo or aioli. Done!
- Pop under the broiler for a few minutes, until the brie melts.
- Top off your sandwich with the other slice, cut in half, and enjoy!
