After a long hibernation period in winter, we may feel a little stiff as spring approaches. Waterfront Botanical Gardens offers two kinds of yoga classes to help our bodies regain their elasticity: chair yoga each Wednesday and regular yoga every other Wednesday. Chair yoga classes are specifically geared toward individuals with limited mobility.
