Keep your July busy with fireworks, music festivals, and foodie fun in Cincinnati this month!
Take your pick of Independence Day celebrations like Red, White, and Boom at Riverbend Music Center or Red, White, and Blue Ash at Summit Park. Riverbend Music opens with The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra performing American favorites with fireworks as their showstopping encore. Summit Park invites you to try out food vendors, drinks, and family-friendly rides. Performances from the award-winning rock band Collective Soul and all-female band PLUSH are happening on stage at the park with fireworks set to close this epic evening. It all gets started at 4pm.
Keep the Fourth of July party going with weekend fireworks at Cincinnati Reds Firework Fridays and King’s Island. Friday night at the Reds game means “Friday Fireworks,” so take your family out to the ballgame and then stay for the sparklers. And if you’re looking for even more impressive booms, drones, and laser projections, King’s Island Nighttime Spectacular has fireworks going on every evening starting at 10pm. The following week on July 13, take a trip to Fairfield’s Village Green Park for the Cincy Blues Fest and immerse yourself in the soulful sounds of this singular music. Food, drinks, and a fun-filled Kids Zone are all waiting for you from 2-10pm.
If you’re craving a good burger this summer, Cincinnati Burger Week is July 15-24. With more than 80 participating restaurants, you can sample anything and everything from the gourmet to backyard-grilled-style burgers. Popular eateries like O’Malley’s, Agave and Rye, and Tickle Pickle are serving up their favorites. Download the official burger week app for more info and “BurgerTime” check-ins.
End your month with a little shopping when you check out the Burlington Antique Show with over 200 antique dealers. Vintage clothes, jewelry, and furniture are some of the items you’ll see while you’re scoping out your favorite deal. Then beat the heat at The Cincinnati Music Festival at Paycor Stadium from July 25-27. You can buy tickets online to see performers like Maxwell and New Edition.
Happy July!
