Derby Week
The Zoeller Pump Company Pegasus Parade returns to Broadway on Sunday, May 1 to help kick-off the Derby week festivities.
All aboard! The Belle of Louisville, Belle of Cincinnati, and American Countess will compete for bragging rights on the Ohio River in the Kentucky Derby Festival Great Steamboat Race on Wednesday, May 4.
The fillies hit the track on Friday, May 6 for the Kentucky Oaks.

Old Louisville Springfest will take place in Old Louisville on May 21. This event is a handmade art and neighborhood celebration of Old Louisville’s culture, diversity, food, style, family, music and philanthropy.
Bernheim’s annual BloomFest is back on May 21. Enjoy a variety of activities for children, including arts, crafts, garden faerie house construction and naturalist-led discovery stations, as well as local artisans, food vendors, and musical entertainment.
The Forecastle Festival, Louisville’s longest running festival returns for its 20th anniversary event Memorial Day weekend, May 27 – 29, 2022 with an all-star lineup boasting GRAMMY-winning rapper Tyler, the Creator, psychedelic rock powerhouse Tame Impala and GRAMMY-nominated hometown hero Jack Harlow.
