Whether it’s a festive market, the best pizza in town, or sparkling lights, these Cincinnati events will kick off your holiday season with cheer this November.
Begin your month at the German Society’s Christkindlmarkt, November 1-3. The region’s oldest and most authentic German Christmas market is based on the centuries-old traditional holiday markets of Germany—with a modern twist. Walk under tents and heated lamps, peruse gifts, and drink a warm cup of Glühwein (hot mulled wine). Admission is $5 per person, while kids under 12 enter free to enjoy the petting zoo, carriage, and pony rides, and Santa and Mrs. Claus.
November 8-10 brings the Greater Cincy’s Holiday Market located at the Sharonville Convention Center. Shop for the holidays as you check out the toys, jewelry, and more. Then as the weather turns colder, indulge in some warm food during Cincy’s Pizza Week, November 11-17. Enjoy $10 pizzas from popular restaurants including Goodfellas, Cork and Crust, and Fireside Pizza. Download the app to learn more.
Starting on November 21, the Cincinnati Zoo is all aglow for the 42nd annual PNC Festival of Lights! Over 4 million LED lights will light up the zoo this holiday season, so don’t forget to bundle up—and maybe pack some sunglasses.
Bricks and Beer: Cincinnati Music Hall History and Hops is happening November 22. Sip beer selections while you learn about the connection between the Cincinnati beer industry and Music Hall on this hour-long tour held in partnership with Rhinegeist Brewery.
